so i was killing time before work today and while flipping threw the endless sea of cable telvision i stopped for a moment on mtv and some super sweet sixteen show where we common folk get the privelage of watching some idiot whore of a sixteen year old (they may not actually be whores, i just was at a loss for words) get to plan and execute an elaborate party all because their parents have more money than time to spend at home and raise their childern right. so this soon to be sixteen year old girl goes threw all these shallow and ellaborate plans to fill her empty life and in the process after picking out the perfect car to substitute for the love of her parents takes her driving test and it is an intense and emotional scene as she fails the computerized written test. there she is in the dmv mortified and crying and yelling at her father or driving instructor or who ever that old guy was, truth be told i wasn't paying close attention, and there is dramatic music playing and the camera is doing close ups of the monitor showing her score of 14 correct 15 incorrect and close ups of her crying and carrying on (in the dmv) and man i didn't stop laughing for like ten minutes. moral of the story: mark is a bastard. |
