so, i've listened threw the other new bright eyes album (digital ash)a couple of times and i'm not as fond of it. maybe i just need to listen to it more. maybe i'm right and it is not that good. there are high points however, like track ten* that sounds like something the flaming lips have done in the last five years or the last track, twelve if i am not mistaken. it is a really good song. good music and vocal and over all feel. i've been listening to it over and over and trying to throw a couple other tracks in but i just keep going back to that last one. i like it. i don't think there was a real point to any of this other than to showcase what i have to say when i know i should of gone to bed hours ago. *it is actually track 11, sorry for the misinformation |
