the kitchen of the house i grew up in had an island stove that provided a baricade from the sink counter storage part of the kitchen and the dinning part of the kitchen.
i don't have the slightest idea why i was thinking about it but i could not remember if the wall that was made by the range was solid or had a whole in it where if one was cooking they could veiw the happenings in the dinning part.
i know it seems like a small insignificant detail, it is, but i spent the first eighteen years of my life in that house and for the life of me i could not remember that one detail about my childhood home.
not the fact that i could not remember one way or the other about that detail but the fact that i had forgotten the detail. it has been bothering me allot lately.
