i am finding new reasons to live in dvds. aside from three seasons of simpsons and two of futurama, i now have volume one of aqua teen hunger force, neverwhere, and a claim in a netflix account with 143 movies in the rental queue. and i will soon be adding married with children and the tick(live action) to my collection. if i didn't work i would stay home and try to find new ways to trick my girlfriend to come over and be subjected to cartoons for days on end. in other news i have not bowled in quite a while and i have been missing it dearly. terrence and i have both been busy with full time jobs and differnt days off so we only talk about throwing a game everyonce in a while and it looks like murphy is on the back burner for the time being :::sad face:::
i went and saw simon and garfunkel in concert this past thursday. they played everything i wanted to hear but i would of prefered it had it just been the two of them, no backing band. instead they in their age have let simons selling out to the man compromise their sound. Example: mrs robinsons is a simon and garfunkel original but ended up sounding like simon and garfunkel doing their impression of wilco trying to do mrs robinson in the style of the lemonheads. |
