foolish - yes.

there is a saying we have in the hall, it is something we say while playing video games in a situation when someone is about to kill you so instead of going out like a sucka' you throw all you grenades and jump off a five hundred foot cliff spin around in mid air and with your back to the raising ground you unload all your ammunition at your pursuer.

last night was wonderful watched the sunset in the water(the sun was not in the water we were, the sun sets on the other side of the island so sun sets are ok at times while sunrises are almost always fantastic.) the sky was very nice full of color and some clouds and it was a very good collection of moments.

we also use the phrase when driving, while going around the corner where arlington becomes russell at 85mph and changing lanes between two cars going the posted speed of 35 or when running a blatantly red light.

it was something i have been wanting but it was not expected by any means. (and legs will be broke if shit is given. so you know.) there was a question posed after an answer was given. and the last twenty four hours keep repeating a line from a weakerthans song. "Hold on to the corners of today, and we'll fold it up to save until it's needed."

i rode a bicycle off the top of some steps that went down about twenty feet. i jumped off the bike at the very edge of the decline and yelled the phrase, it seemed to fit as the bike crashed down spilling its baskets contense of glass and aluminum with an very becoming clatter.

and we will see what a year will bring with a certain self styled open handed optimism.

the phrase, should almost always be half yelled in a rushed sort of way(and on occasion trailed off) and goes something like this...

I REGRET NOTHING!
