she flaked like i knew she would. but thats ok i drove and brian came along and we went down to Pacifica. What a fabulous day. I remember the last time i went to the beach and actually got out in the water and out on my board. it was the day after i met alissa. that was a good day too, me and pete went to surfside. anyways, dang it's been two years, so we went down to Pacifica and it was over cast and there was hardly anyone there. the waves where nice, five to eight feet and just breaking nice, little to no undertow. � love it. it was soooo increadibly nice that is just about the only way to discribe it, its been to long since i've gone out. i caught a couple of really good waves and road a few even to the second breaking point. but the water was cold and the wet suit helped so much so instead of freazing it was just so very refreashing. actually most of the time out just consisted of laying ontop of my board and bobbing up and down with the waves. i really needed it, i think maybe i'll go next week again. honestly now i'm actually kind of glad she flaked otherwise i would have missed today, sure it could have been a good day, but i don't think it could have compared. |
