so, i am moving this weekend. not far, from emeryville to richmond. it's close to the v which is cool to me, but farther from the city which i have mixed feelings about. however i am moving into a house. i will tell you about the house in a minute.
it took me a while to find someone to take over my lease, i've had a couple roommate needed postings up on craigs list for about a month now. up untill three nights ago when i got someone to take the room i'd had about four inqueries about the room. now that the room is gone everyone wants a piece of the action. today alone i've had to let seven people down and tell them the room is no longer available. this got boring after the first couple so to make it more interesting i made a little haiku to send as a standard reply to all new questions about the place.
it reads:

so, about the house. it is two story, three bed, two and a half bath. nice yard. did i mention it is furnished? or that said furnishings include a 68 inch television and an indoor hot tub in the sun room? yes, it has a sun room. it open onto the back deck. and if that where not enough it puts me about five minutes from sarahs place which is good cause she aint sick of me yet.
my socks are soaking wet, but my cuffs are bone dry. everything is coming up milhouse.
