just got home, spent the last five hours driving up 5 from l.a. where i was for the weekend.

one of the many things done was the walk of fame and Gurman(spl?) Chinese Theater. which brought up a point i have had about that whole atraction and it being on the whole rather depressing. if you look at the walk of fame it is a really interesting and accurate look at how america(ns) treat their celebrities and heros. they are given a star and told it is an honor and a monument to them and what they mean to us. and in turn we sjust forget them and take them for granted and walk all over them. i mean what kind of serious monument is a side walk? not to mention the slew of names hand and foot prints that predate the nineteen fourtys no one no or looks at because they are too busy trying to see if they match shoe sizes with martin lawrence.

anyways i found it depressing on the whole, but maybe it is just my outlook on it.

the rest of the weekend was good and up beet and i was plesently supprised to find that the happiest damn place on earth was over flowing with ass. i liked it a lot.
